Seasoned, batter dipped waffle
cut potatoes are quick fried to a golden brown then served with rich, creamy
gorgonzola sauce sprinkled lightly with fresh chives and fresh cracked black

The Co. 3 Bulldog Burger
Named in honor of the Boalsburg
Fire Co. known as the “bulldogs”.
This spicy 1/2lb. burger is mixed with pepper jack cheese, pickled
jalapenos, and chili spices. Served
on an onion-poppy seed Brioche roll and topped with a pimento cheese spread,
and Tabasco mayonnaise. Served with your choice of fries, slaw, or baked

Flash Seared Ahi Tuna with Saffron Cream
A well seasoned sesame seed
encrusted Ahi tuna steak, flash seared rare and served atop a ginger-jasmine
rice cake and asparagus. Ringed
with a subtle saffron and curry sauce.

Bone-in Bleu Cheese Cowboy Steak
A large 16 oz. bone-in rib eye
steak is grilled to your liking and topped with a creamy bleu cheese sauce and
crispy onion strings. Served with
roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 28-
Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Stuffed Chicken
A large skin on chicken breast
is stuffed with a fresh rosemary and roasted garlic butter. Oven roasted and served with Yukon Gold
mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and topped with an herbed chicken demi

A large 10oz. tail basted with
a citrus-shallot butter and oven baked.
