What can you say about a legend that has not been said before. Thank you Joe Paterno for all that you have done and for all the lives that you have changed and for all the people you have inspired. Rest in peace and thoughts and prayers are to the family and close friends! I'm just a fan that came to Happy Valley to watch you do something that you were passionate about! My many weekends at Penn State were wonderful especially when I witnessed your 400 win!

You will always be a legend in my eyes. I met you when I was a little girl going to watch Lady Lions basketball games at Rec Hall. I just remember my father coming up to me afterwards and asking me if I realized I was talking to the football coach for Penn State and I told him "No". I just remember how sweet you were towards me. I remember how you stood up for some situation that were going on at Penn State. My prayers and thoughts go out to your family in this tough time.
