renovated, historic building that was once the Boalsburg Steak House.
The most unique feature of the past establishment remains on the roof of
Kelly's, a twelve foot tall steer. This charming relic has become a
tremendous locator for Happy Valley residents and visitors, alike.

five televisions, including an 81" projection screen, Kelly's lounge
offers the perfect view of every game. Whether it is Penn State football
or basketball games, the Super Bowl or NCAA March Madness, you'll find
the game at Kelly's and the perfect food and drinks to go with it!
