Happy Valley's Got Talent: Winner Results

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Tides would like to thank and congratulate all of the performers who participated in the third annual Happy Valley's Got Talent show to benefit the Tides Program Saturday, April 6. Three acts in four age categories competed for cash prizes ($200, $100 and $50 in each category) during this benefit show patterned after the nationally televised show “America’s Got Talent.”

The winners, their talents and hometowns are:

Future Fame Division

First Place: Rowan Sheridan, vocal, State College
Secong Place: Levi Jones, acoustic guitar, vocal, Morrisdale
Third Place: Kristine Lai and Julia Ma, dance, State College

Rising Stars Division

First Place: Kaylee Corl, acoustic guitar, vocal, Rebersburg
Second Place: Tiffany Breon, vocal, Centre Hall
Third Place: Benjamin Leskovansky and Gage Smocar, acoustic guitar, vocal, Bellefonte

Prime Time Division

First Place: Curtis Ishler and Matt Greer, vocal, guitar, Bellefonte
Second Place: Hurlie Yang and Ammi Lopez, flute, University Park
Third Place: Justin Synclair Jackson, vocal, with Daniel Wells and Andrew Campbell, State College

Local Legends Division

First Place: Kim Filko and Shea Winton, dance, State College
Second Place: Barry Goldstein, and Sally Best, acoustic guitar, vocal, State College
Third Place: Gina Ricci, vocal, with Chris Lee, piano, Boalsburg
